2. Your rights
You have the right at any time to information (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and a right to object (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. An informal message to the address above is sufficient.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, generally the data protection authority of your federal state or of the state in which our company is based.
3. Hosting
This website is operated on Cloudflare (Cloudflare Germany GmbH, Rosental 7, 80331 Munich, Germany, or Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA).
When you access the website, Cloudflare processes server log data as a processor: IP address, date and time, page accessed, volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system. This processing serves the secure and stable operation of the website and is based on our legitimate interest under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Content is delivered preferentially from data centres in the EU. Standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 GDPR are in place for transfers to third countries. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR exists. Log data is regularly deleted after seven days at the latest.
4. Contact form and staffing enquiries
If you contact us through a form, we process the data you enter (name, company, email address, telephone number, message and, depending on the form, details of your staffing requirement) in order to handle your enquiry.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the enquiry is aimed at concluding or performing a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (interest in responding to enquiries).
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for that purpose, at the latest after six months, unless statutory retention periods apply.
5. Applications
We process application data (contact details, information on qualifications, CV and any other documents submitted) exclusively for the purpose of the application procedure.
The legal basis is Section 26 (1) BDSG in conjunction with Art. 88 GDPR and Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. As a personnel service provider, we only pass your data on to potential client businesses if you have consented in the individual case.
Once the procedure has ended, we delete your documents at the latest six months after a rejection, so that claims under the German General Equal Treatment Act (AGG) can be examined. If you would like to be included in our candidate pool, we store your data for up to 24 months on the basis of your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
We generally do not need special categories of personal data under Art. 9 GDPR (such as health data or information on a severe disability) for an application. Please only submit such information if it is necessary for the specific position.
6. Sending email via Brevo
We use Brevo to send form messages (Brevo GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany). The submitted form data is delivered to us by email via Brevo's servers. Processing takes place on servers within the European Union; there is no transfer to a third country. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Brevo. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR.
7. Spam protection with Cloudflare Turnstile
To protect the forms against automated submissions we use Cloudflare Turnstile. Technical characteristics of your browser and your IP address are evaluated in order to check whether the submission comes from a human. Turnstile does not set advertising cookies and does not create cross-device profiles. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in protection against misuse.
8. Fonts
Fonts are delivered from our own server. There is no connection to third-party servers, in particular not to Google Fonts.
9. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use any analytics, tracking or marketing cookies. The only technically necessary cookie is a session cookie in the protected administration area, which concerns Pevera GmbH staff only. The legal basis for technically necessary cookies is Section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG.
10. SSL encryption
For security reasons this site uses TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the padlock symbol in your browser's address bar.
11. Currency of this policy
We amend this privacy policy as soon as our processing changes or legal requirements make it necessary.
